You may return eligible items within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.
- The item must not be part of a sale or promotional offer.
Defect items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for a return, the item needs to be visibly defect on manufacture basis.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable:
- Items purchased on sale or during any promotional event cannot be returned.
- Swimwear and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, you can visit our store within the return policy period with the item you wish to return, along with the original receipt. Our friendly staff will assess the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
